プレイングマネージャー研修とは、プレーヤー兼管理職者としての能力を求められる管理職のための研修です。
効率的かつ効果的な業務の回し方を学習するところから始まり、チームで連携して成績を上げるための部下の指導方法などを学習することでチームの目標達成や組織力の向上を継続的なものにしていくことを目的としています。
プレイヤーとマネージャーを兼務しているプレイングマネージャーは下記のような問題を抱えていることが多く見受けられます。
プレイングマネージャーであっても、プレイヤーとしての業務を多く受け持っています。能力の高さから、業務が集まってきていることもあります。その一方で、自身がプレイヤーとして成果をあげること、目標を達成することに集中しすぎてしまっている場合もあるでしょう。
その結果として、マネジメント業務に割く時間が少なくなっています。
