発想力研修とは、個人の能力に依存しがちな「発想を出す力」を理論立てた技術として扱うことにより、多くの人がその発想力を発揮できるようになるための研修です。
発想するばかりでなく、それを具体化し、実行していくところまでをその目的として位置付けています。
発想力と聞くと、センスに依存するのではないかと思われがちです。しかし、トレーニングによって誰でも身に付けることができます。
問題となっていることについてや、世の中のアイデア事例についての情報を収集することで、「発想のもと」が溜まっていきます。なぜそれが問題となっているのか、なぜそのアイデアが生まれたのか知ること、考えることが大切です。
情報は仕事の中だけでなく、身近な様々なところにあります。日々の生活の中の物事に興味を持つことから始めていきましょう。
蓄積された情報を、フレームワークに当てはめてアウトプットします。フレームワークは考え方の型であるため、流れに沿って進めていくことで誰でも簡単に思考を整理することができます。
様々なフレームワークを活用して、思考・発想を広げるトレーニングを繰り返していきましょう。
