What are your thoughts on human resource development at your company?

As a company, we are actively working on human resource development. Specifically, we decide the training theme for each generation every fiscal year and implement it continuously.
For young employees, we place special emphasis on two points: achieving mid to long-term goals and fostering problem-solving skills.

What kind of training did you initially consider?


Regarding achieving medium to long-term goals, we provide employees with the opportunity to proactively grow by completing a career sheet each year toward the goals set by the company.
This time, I was looking for a training course that would teach my team initiative from the perspective of developing problem-solving skills. Until now, I was able to provide face-to-face instruction, but it has become difficult since remote work has begun.
I want my employees to be able to find work on their own, rather than waiting for instructions, which is why I believe the initiative course was so important for them. I want them to be people who can find problems and get the job done in any environment.
Our company's corporate philosophy is "Think and act," which means we need to think before we act. We were concerned about how to convey this to young employees, but this training was a perfect fit.

When and where did you first hear about Reskill? What was your first impression?


I initially discovered Reskill through an internet search. I liked the 10-second estimate and the easy-to-understand content that gave me the feeling that I could leave it to them. I also got the impression that they were quick and flexible, both online and in person.

I assume you were comparing our services with other companies, but why did you ultimately choose Reskill?


The curriculum matched what I was looking for. In addition, the price was clear and reasonable, and the course had a proven track record with major companies.

What did you think about the training content?


The online course was run smoothly and perhaps even better than in person, exceeding our expectations. The group discussions were more in depth than in person, and many different opinions were expressed. The administration office was able to constantly check on the trainees' progress, and we were able to provide training to employees who were otherwise unable to attend due to work commitments.

What was good about it?


The training was interactive and there was time for participants to share what their thoughts were. The instructor implemented their own experiences into the training, adding a personal touch to the program. Additionally, we found the training materials to be highly substantive, resulting in noticeable improvements across the workplace. We think that the combination of these elements made for a fulfilling training session that was both lively and well-balanced.
Finally, please tell us your future expectations and requests for our company. There was a lot of content, and there were some parts that I would have liked to spend more time on, so next time I hope to be able to adjust that balance in advance. The content was something I would like to have not only young employees, but also mid-level employees participate in.
