Participants will develop a correct understanding of the definition, underlying causes, and typical examples of alcohol harassment. The curriculum covers why this is a critical corporate issue by examining the impact on employee health, the legal risks involving corporate liability, and the potential for a deteriorating organizational culture.
Participants will learn specific ways to phrase things that respect the choices of others and how to create an atmosphere that protects individuals from harassment. The session also explores alternative methods of communication and team building that do not rely on drinking.
