Training Objectives

1. Explore areas for improvement and understand how to implement change

Participants will learn how to assess an organization’s structure and identify areas of weakness in order to identify how they may benefit from transformational changes.

2. Understand potential resistance to change and effective strategies for managing fear

Participants will examine common feelings about change, focusing on aversion and resistance. Afterward, they'll learn techniques to manage these negative emotions, enabling a smoother implementation of transformational changes.

3. Establish an action plan

Participants will apply knowledge on aversion and management techniques in order to develop an action plan to be used in their organization.
