Participants will systematically learn everything from the positioning of promotion within marketing, to target/persona setting, message development, the characteristics of major promotion tactics, and KGI/KPI setting. This course enables everyone from young professionals to managers to grow into talent who can confidently plan and execute promotional activities.

Participants will deepen their understanding of promotions as a whole, mastering target-specific message development and effective performance tracking.

Individuals who have no prior experience in promotion.
Clarify the positioning of promotion within the marketing mix (4Ps) and its difference from branding. Participants also learn how promotion influences customer behavior.
Master the concepts of segmentation, targeting, and persona setting. Participants will practice steps to create messages that resonate with the target, while keeping the difference between features and benefits in mind.
Based on cost-effectiveness concepts such as $LTV$ and $CPA$, participants will learn how to set KGIs and KPIs using the SMART criteria and acquire methods for measuring effectiveness, including digital analytics.
