Trust is the foundation of any persuasive argument. Participants will explore the five key drivers of credibility and acquire practical strategies for repairing professional trust when it has been compromised.
Beyond the basics of PREP and Pyramid Structure, participants will explore the power of Storytelling to make messages more compelling and memorable.
