By promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, participants will learn how to better work with colleagues of different identities and backgrounds, and be able to understand and value individual differences. This training begins with self reflection and thinking about what one can do in terms of workplace diversity. This will deepen the participants' understanding of the topic, and allow a wider perspective to be integrated.

Participants will learn basic knowledge about workplace diversity. This training enables participants to broaden their perspectives and understand what they can do to create a respectful, inclusive work environment.

  1. Gain basic knowledge of diversity and the ability to value the perspectives, behaviors and needs of people from various backgrounds.
  2. Understand Gender, Age, Disability, LGBTQ+ and Cultural Diversity in the workplace.

Training Objectives

1. Participants will learn about diversity and be respectful of people of different backgrounds.

This training enables participants to understand and implement workplace diversity. They will also learn more about the basic premises of diversity, such as inclusion and unconscious bias in the workplace.

2. It enables participants to recognize and respect each and every person regardless of gender, age, disability, race and other dimensions of diversity.

Ability to better understand and respect the ideas and perspectives of other individuals in accordance with their respective qualities.

3. Participants will learn how to achieve work-life balance according to their individual circumstances with issues such as eldercare and childcare.

Participants will develop the ability to brainstorm ideas on creating a friendly work environment that helps every employee achieve work-life balance.
