To proceed with further steps, please send the signed service order form to your dedicated consultant via email.
We can accommodate any training date and time if your order is placed at least 45 days in advance. (For nearer dates, please contact us to discuss availability.)
We’ll conduct an online meeting to discuss the training details. Alternatively, we can proceed through email correspondence if preferred.
We’ll use our Training Management System to prepare for the training day with the following steps:

The Zoom URL will be available at TMS at least 7 days before the training.
Training will be conducted at your location.
One instructor will attend the session. You can leave the facilitation and overall management of the training to the instructor.
Participants can join the Zoom training session 15 minutes before the scheduled start. If needed, you can have a brief pre-session meeting with the instructor.
The first 5 minutes can be used for announcements to participants. The instructor will manage all aspects of the session, including the use of breakout rooms.
We’ll send you an invoice via email at the end of the month in which the training takes place. Please make the payment to the specified bank account by the end of the following month.
